We're open seven days a week – 9am to 9pm – Pacific.
If there is a problem from your order, please give us your name and order number. This also allows us to more quickly triage your order.
1) Email (regarding an order): Please email us back from the confirmation email you received when you first ordered a cap or jacket. Response time: we'll do our best to get to you by end of the day.
2) Facebook Messenger (regarding an order and general questions): bright blue round button anchored to the bottom right of any page on this site. Response time: usually less than two hours.

If you need to know the status of an order, we keep updated shipping estimates here. On average it can take 6-9 business days for us to sew and ship out an order.
If you just ordered a cap and 6-9 business days seems too long to wait for a handbuilt made-to-order product assembled in the USA, please contact us to say you can't wait – no problem, we'll cancel your order and send you a full refund. We make no apologies for the time and care it takes to produce a quality product.
