Two ways to contact us...
If you need to know the status of an order, we keep updated shipping estimates here. On average it can take 7-11 business days for us to sew and ship out an order.
If you just ordered a cap and 7-11 business days seems too long to wait for a handbuilt made-to-order product assembled in the USA, please contact us to say you can't wait – no problem, we'll cancel your order and send you a full refund. We make no apologies for the time and care it takes to produce a quality product.
1) Email (regarding an order): Please email us back from the confirmation email you received when you first ordered a cap or jacket. This gives us the order number and your full name. This also allows us to quickly triage your order. Response time: by end of day. Our hours are 9am to 9pm (Pacific Time) seven days a week.
2) Facebook Messenger (general questions only please): bright blue round button anchored to the bottom right of any page on this site. Response time: we'll get back to you in 24 hours.
