The first step in getting your own custom cap is choosing a patch. Take your time, we have hundreds of patches.
Vintage patch picking is how we started. Cap customizers is what we became. Fresh patch finds added every week.
The second step is selecting a cap. Because without a cap, a patch is just a logo stuck to your forehead.
Fitted, snapbacks, curved and flat visors, wool, cotton - we carry a huge variety of cap styles. We proudly carry Richardson, Flexfit and Yupoong caps
Final Step. We expertly sew your patch and cap together.
Why is machine sewing patches onto caps so superior to gluing them together?
Because it’s simply the best way to secure a patch onto a ball cap. A well-sewn patch will last twenty-years or more. The cap will give out before the patch ever does. Sure, some outfits take a short cut and glue down a patch in way less time but it’s never going to be able to stay secure or make a design “pop-off” a cap. Machine sewing stretches and secures a patch to the point where it hugs the contours of a cap. Gluing down a patch on a cap can never achieve this unique dimensionality and lasting power.
