Custom T-Shirts & Hoodies. Exclusive to our Oakland Showroom.
Custom t-shirts, which we introduced in 2024, are now our biggest selling item at our Oakland Showroom. Choose one of our designs and a blank t-shirt: we carry American Apparel and Comfort Colors. Custom Caps. We've doing this for over 10 years.
Pick a patch, we have hundreds to choose from. Then pick a blank cap, we have hundreds of styles and colors to choose from. We’ll then stitch them together on the spot in about 5 minutes using our industrial sewing machine. Need a bulk patch order for your own design? We’ve got you covered with a minimum order of 50 patches, usually delivered in 4-6 weeks.
Showroom FAQs
How is the Oakland showroom different from your online store?
For one, it's a working studio were we do all of our sewing of custom caps for our online business. (The majority of our sales are from online orders). Second, you can get your patch and cap selection sewn together – usually takes around five minutes. We carry hundreds of blank caps styles. And of course hundreds of vintage patches along with new designer patches.
We offer a selection of our graphic designs printed on t-shirts and hoodies. Mix and match designs, t-shirt colors and sizes.
Can I bring in my own patch and have it sewn onto a cap?
Most likely. We just need to take a look at your patch to see if it can be sewn onto one of our caps. Patches have to be 3" or less in height and 5" or less in width.
I already have caps and patches. I need to have them all sewn together. Can you do this?
Yes we can. Our minimum patch and cap sewing service is 24 units. Turnaround is 1-2 weeks. Please text us for pricing and details.
Can I bring in my own cap and have you sew a patch on it?
Most likely. Minimum charge for sewing for a cap at our showroom is $20 and up depending on the patch and complexity of the job. We just need to take a look at your cap to make sure it's sewable. Please text us a photo of your patch.
Can I bring my jacket or bag to have a patch sewn on it?
Possibly - depends on whether our sewing machine can reach your desired placement. Minimum charge for sewing on a single patch is $29 and up depending on the patch and complexity of the job. Please text us a photo of your patch and garment.
Can I bring in my own design and have it embroidered onto a single cap?
Sorry, no. For orders less than 48 caps, we recommend working with online businesses that specialize in custom embroidery. For orders over 48 caps, please text us, we do have an amazing local embroider that we can recommend.
Is there anything to do while I'm getting a cap or t-shirt made?
We have some fantastic retail and restaurants spots including: Red Bay Coffee, Modigliani Cafe, Neecha Thai, Bake Sum, Alkali Rye, Michael’s Chocolates, Ordinaire, Almond & Oak, Star Pizza, Rad Bird, Walden Pond Books. And every Saturday there’s the popular Grand Lake Farmers Market.
