Back in 2012, when we first started, every patch we sold was hand sewn onto a cap. With each cap order taking an average of thirty minutes to complete.
Didn't take long before we wised-up and purchased an industrial sewing machine. Wasn't easy at first since we had never sewn before. But thousands of custom caps later, we might be onto something.
Signature Craftsmanship
At Megadeluxe we take pride in our work by putting a little bit of ourselves in every custom cap that we produce.
That‘s why every custom cap we sew up is signed and dated by one of our expert sewers.
We also offer a Cap Swap program where you can replace an old Megadeluxe cap for new one – for just $5. (New blank cap sold separately).

We’ve become huge fans and collectors of Vintage New Old Transfers. Some of them are from the 1970s.
